Instructions for Purchasing a Puppy
Below you will see the puppies that are available at this time. Click on the sire or dam to view an assortment of pictures and videos as well as their pedigree. You will also note there are numerous pictures and videos of the puppies. We update pictures and videos weekly, so we ask that you please do not request additional photos.
When purchasing a pup, you are purchasing the pick from the litter. You may reserve your chosen gender, but you are not choosing your particular puppy. For instance, if we have a litter of 8 (5 males and 3 females) and you have decided on purchasing a male, but two other deposit have been made, then you will be picking out of the 3 remaining males. You will not be allowed to pick out your pup until the previous two depositors have picked out their puppy. Therefore, we caution you not to zero in on one puppy unless you have first pick, as this puppy may or may not still be available.
The health and well-being of our labrador puppies is our number one priority. No one is allowed in the whelping facilities, nor do we allow anyone to look at or handle the puppies until they reach 7 weeks of age. At this time, the puppies will have received a parvo shot (4 weeks of age) and a 5-way shot (6 weeks of age). At 7 weeks, the vaccinations should be in effect, and the pups will be relatively free from danger.
Please be prompt when puppies are ready to be picked up; as other buyers are waiting their turn to pick their new companion. Please be on time. Example: if you’re scheduled to pick your pup out at 9:00 AM on a Saturday morning, then we will schedule the next buyer at 10:00 AM. If you are late, it creates a problem, as customers are now having to wait. If you are not available to pick out your new puppy, contact us and we will help you pick your pup through video.
To make a deposit, click on the Add to Cart button. From there, follow the on-screen prompts to make the $100 non-refundable deposit. If you cannot make the deposit through these means, please contact us for other arrangements. You will notice once your deposit is made that your puppy pick will be taken off the pup’s available listing.
Please read the buyer’s contract. You will see Cross G Farms guarantees as well as the buyer’s obligation. A copy will be provided when picking up your pup. The remaining balance will be paid when picking up your new bundle of joy. We can take credit card but prefer cash.
We believe nothing is more exciting than driving to Cross G Farms and picking out your new family member. We want this experience to be as joyful as possible and go to extremes to ensure that you and your family will have lasting memories of this experience.
